IT Support Service A – Hourly Billing

Pricing

  • 20 Hours (1-year validity): HK$7,600 (average HK$380/hour)
  • 10 Hours (1-year validity): HK$4,300 (average HK$430/hour)
  • One-time payment required.
  • Covers up to 20 PCs and 1 server per order.
  • Applies to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon (accessible by public transport). New Territories: +HK$60 per visit.
  • New server setup or large-scale device handling: Price negotiated separately.

Service Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

Billing

  • Remote Support: Minimum 1 hour per order, charged at prepaid hourly rate.
  • On-Site Support: Minimum 2 hours per visit, charged at prepaid hourly rate (New Territories: +HK$60 per visit).
  • On-site and remote support charged at the same prepaid hourly rate, based on actual work time.

Included Services

  • Remote Support: Troubleshooting for up to 20 PCs and 1 server during service hours (min. 1 hour or charged by actual work time).
  • On-Site Support: Inspection or troubleshooting for up to 20 PCs and 1 server (appointment required; min. 2 hours or charged by actual work time).
  • Support Services (on client request):
    • NAS file server inspection and setup.
    • Antivirus software installation or updates.
    • Server performance checks and optimization.
    • Server backup setup and verification.
    • PC and IT equipment inspection.
    • User account management (create, delete, permissions).
    • Installation of mainstream applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook).
    • Assistance with printing, email, or mainstream application issues.

Free Services

  • Equipment purchase advice (equipment costs excluded).
  • IT consulting (network optimization, system upgrades).

Emergency Services

  • After-Hours Emergency On-Site Support (not deductible from prepaid hours):
    • HK$600/hour (min. 2 hours, New Territories: +HK$60 per visit).

Terms

  • Minimum Commitment: 10-hour or 20-hour prepaid package.
  • Payment: One-time bank transfer or cheque in advance.
  • Hour Expiry: Unused hours expire after 1 year.
  • Termination: 30 days’ written notice.
  • Liability: Not responsible for losses due to client’s failure to follow recommendations or update systems.

Special Offer

  • Free Initial Assessment: 1-hour on-site IT health check for new clients (New Territories: +HK$60).

Work Hour Reference

  • 1-5 PC inspection: ~2 hours
  • 5-10 PC inspection: ~2-3 hours
  • 10-20 PC inspection: ~3-6 hours
  • Standard NAS setup/backup: ~2-3 hours 
  • Server inspection/maintenance: ~2 hours

價格

  • 涵蓋每單最多20台個人電腦及1台伺服器。
  • 僅限香港島及九龍陸路公共交通可達地點,新界每次上門加收港幣60元。
  • 新設伺服器或同時處理大量設備:價格另議。

服務時間

  • 星期一至星期五,上午10:00至下午6:00(公眾假期除外)。

計費方式

  • 遠程支援:每次最少1小時,按預付小時費率計費。
  • 上門支援:每次最少2小時,按預付小時費率計費(新界加收港幣60元/單)。
  • 上門及遠程支援按相同預付小時費率計算,按實際工作時間計費。

包含服務

  • 上門支援:為最多20台個人電腦及1台伺服器提供檢查或故障排除(需預約,最少工作2小時,按實際工作時間計費)。
  • 電話支援:服務時間內為最多1台伺服器及20台電腦設備提供故障排除(最少工作1小時,按實際工作時間計費)。
  • 支援服務(按客戶要求提供):
    • NAS檔案伺服器檢查及設置。
    • 電腦設備防毒軟件安裝或更新。
    • 伺服器性能檢查及優化。
    • 伺服器備份設置及檢查。
    • 電腦及IT設備檢查。
    • 用戶帳戶管理(創建、刪除、權限設置)。
    • 安裝主流應用程式(如Microsoft Office、Outlook)。
    • 協助解決打印、電郵或其他主流應用程式問題。

免費服務

  • 設備採購建議(設備成本另計)。
  • 專業IT諮詢(網絡優化、系統升級建議)。

緊急服務

  • 非辦公時間緊急上門支援(不從預付小時扣除):
    • 港幣600元/小時(最少2小時,新界加收港幣60元/單)。

條款

  • 最低承諾:購買10小時或20小時預付套餐。
  • 付款方式:預付套餐需一次性以銀行轉帳或支票付款。
  • 小時餘額:未使用小時於購買後1年到期。
  • 終止合約:需提前30天書面通知。
  • 責任:客戶未遵循建議或更新系統所致的損失,概不負責。
